Position Overview

The Mopar After Sales Launch Manager (ASLM) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and aftersales readiness of new Stellantis vehicle programs. As the primary Mopar representative for assigned vehicle programs, you will partner with Engineering teams early in the development process to identify aftersales requirements, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and ensure dealership readiness for new vehicle launches.

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese- Spanish is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive Technology, Program Management, or related field.
3+ years of engineering, aftersales, automotive, or technical program management experience.
Strong project/program management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, and/or Qlik Sense skills.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Mopar lead for assigned vehicle programs from development through launch.
Partner with Vehicle Engineering teams to identify and document aftersales requirements.
Communicate Mopar requirements early in the product development cycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete launch readiness assessments and Mopar impact analyses.
Track, manage, and report critical launch deliverables.
Identify risks and proactively escalate issues for timely resolution.
Collaborate with global Stellantis counterparts on launch planning and aftersales readiness.
Develop executive-level presentations and status reports.
Support benchmarking initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Manage multiple vehicle programs simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years supporting automotive program launches.
Experience with vehicle launch readiness.
Technical knowledge of dealership operations and aftersales.
Experience presenting to executive leadership.
Spanish language proficiency.
Previous technical program management experience.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
