This role is for experienced PEMB erectors only. If you have not personally erected pre-engineered metal buildings end-to-end (steel frames, purlins, IMP/R-panel, standing seam roof), do not apply. We will not review applications without verifiable PEMB experience. No exceptions.
Pay: $24–$32/hr DOE
Location: Traveling position — multiple project sites across the U.S.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 50–65 hours/week (shifts up to 12 hours)

We're hiring experienced Metal Building Erectors and IMP Installers to join our professional and dependable crew. Steady hours, top-tier pay, and a support team that has your back.
DO NOT APPLY if your only experience is:
- Residential framing or remodeling
- Roofing (asphalt, shingle, membrane)
- Telecom tower / RF / cell site work
- Oilfield, refinery, or industrial maintenance
- General construction labor
- Structural welding without field erection
- Bridge or heavy civil work
What We Require (non-negotiable):
- 2+ years personally erecting PEMB structures end-to-end
- Proficient in primary and secondary framing, IMP, and standing seam roofs
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 ft
- Familiar with major PEMB manufacturers (Butler, Varco Pruden, Nucor, NCI, MBCI, etc.)
- Own basic hand/power tools, reliable transportation
- References from prior PEMB projects

Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for long periods
- Bend, twist, and squat as needed
