THE OPPORTUNITY

The Simply Group (Simply Vegas & Clear Title) is one of the fastest-growing independent luxury brokerages in the country, and we are scaling nationally. We are not looking to franchise a logo. We are building a network of true joint venture partnerships with the most elite mega agents across the Western United States.

We have the vision, the brand, and the blueprint to scale to 3,000 agents in the next 5 years. We do not need another visionary or a sales rainmaker. We need a ruthless, systems-obsessed operator who geeks out on SOPs, P&Ls, and building the frictionless machine to get us there. If you prefer the spotlight over the spreadsheet, do not apply.

As our Vice President of Scale & Operations, you will be the operational architect of our western expansion across Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. While our ownership team focuses on recruiting elite mega agents to co-own brokerages under the Simply flag, your mandate is to build the operational machine that opens, integrates, and scales those markets seamlessly.

What makes this opportunity unlike anything else: Simply operates as a fully vertically integrated real estate company. Our sister company, Clear Title, moves simultaneously into each new market alongside our brokerage operations. You will hold direct ownership in every market you open. This is not a corporate management title. This is a builder's seat at the table with compounding equity.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Market Launch Architecture: Own the complete A-to-Z playbook for standing up each new market. You will manage broker licensing, compliance, office buildouts, tech stack integration, and operational readiness for both the brokerage and Clear Title simultaneously.
Systems & SOP Development: You are the author of our scale. You will build, document, and ruthlessly enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that allow us to open a new market in 60 days without breaking the core infrastructure.
JV Integration & Onboarding: Once our ownership team signs a $50M+ mega agent, you take the baton. You will guide our new partners through the transition, ensuring their agents, data, and pipelines are integrated flawlessly into the Simply ecosystem.
Operational P&L Ownership: Serve as the key operational liaison for each new market. You will track KPIs, manage bottom-line profitability, and ensure accountability to shared performance standards across the brokerage and title operations.
Cross-Utilization Mechanics: Build the frictionless workflows that ensure high capture rates between Simply Vegas and Clear Title in every single market.

WHO YOU ARE

You have been inside a large national brokerage or real estate holding company and you know exactly where the machine breaks down during rapid growth. You are not a salesperson; you are a mechanic. You get excited about compliance across state lines, tech stack optimization, and lean management.

You are tired of executing someone else's bureaucratic, bloated playbook. You want equity in the systems you build.

8+ years in real estate operations, expansion management, or COO-level roles at a regional or national level.
A proven track record of building and implementing SOPs and tech infrastructure that successfully scaled a company's headcount or geographic footprint.
Experience overseeing the physical and operational launch of new brokerage locations.
Familiarity with title or ancillary real estate services and the logistical realities of vertical integration.
Deep knowledge of brokerage business models, commission structures, compliance, and P&L dynamics.
The ability to travel as needed to oversee physical market launches (20-30%).

Simply Vegas has built one of the most agent-centric, high-performance brokerage cultures in the Las Vegas Valley: nearly 600 agents, approximately $2 billion in annual sales volume, and the market's largest independent luxury brand. We are bringing that model to the best operators in the West, with Clear Title opening alongside every brokerage.

COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

This role is built for someone who thinks like an owner, because you will be one at every level.

Base Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 commensurate with experience.
Launch Bonus: Performance cash bonus paid upon successful operational opening of each new market.
Per-Market Equity: Direct ownership stake in the LLC of every brokerage you integrate and open.
Parent Company Equity: A stake in the Simply Group parent entity, positioning you for upside in a future liquidity event.
Revenue Override: An ongoing percentage of system-wide GCI across all markets in your portfolio.
Clear Title Integration: Your equity footprint covers the full vertically integrated operation, not just the brokerage.

The base salary is the floor, not the ceiling. The wealth in this role is built in the equity you accumulate market by market, engineering a machine designed for a national exit.
