Greencleannc is seeking a Lead Air Duct Technician who brings the perfect blend of technical grit and sales talent. In this role, you won't just be driving a truck and cleaning ducts - you will be the face of our company, consulting with homeowners, identifying upsell opportunities (such as indoor air quality products, sanitizing, or system upgrades), and executing the physical work to the highest standards. This is a unique, high-earning position for a driven professional who can manage a job site from initial customer greeting to final invoice.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers on-site, assess their HVAC/air duct needs, offer premium solutions, and close sales.
- Perform Expert Service: Lead the physical, hands-on cleaning of air duct systems and dryer vents, ensuring meticulous quality control.
- Lead by Example: Maintain company equipment, manage tools, and operate a company-provided service truck safely.
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Build trust with residential and commercial clients through clear communication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Proven Sales Experience: Must have past experience in a sales or commission-driven role (home services, retail sales or route sales preferred). You must be comfortable explaining value and asking for the sale.
- Hands-on Capability: This is a highly physical role. You must be comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability & Integrity: A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail. and a clean professional presentation.
- Credentials: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
