Real Estate Paralegal (Full-Time)

Metro-West, MA | On-site | Immediate Opening

About Us:
Our well-established Metro-West Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. We’re a collaborative, client-focused practice that values professionalism, precision, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary contact for lenders, clients, and attorneys throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, title commitments, and settlement statements.
Schedule and coordinate closings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage files from title order through post-closing.
Ensure compliance with lender, title, and firm requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience (residential preferred).
Familiarity with E-Closings software or similar platforms preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
