Recruiter (Part-Time) – Home Care Agency

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers who share our commitment to providing outstanding care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Recruit, source, and screen caregiver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training schedules
Maintain accurate applicant and employee records
Manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring goals
Build positive relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional hiring experience from first contact through onboarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and state hiring requirements
Partner closely with office staff to anticipate and meet caregiver staffing needs
Develop and maintain community partnerships to support recruiting efforts
Help promote our agency's culture and employer brand in the community

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience required
Home care, healthcare, or caregiver recruiting experience preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
