Pay: $25.00 per hour

Are you data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to attract top talent.

The Opportunity

As a Contract Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations and business units.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting guidance.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive markets.
Track and manage candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate recruiting data.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate flow, recruiting activity, and hiring progress.
Promote Capstone's employer brand through candidate interactions, hiring events, and community outreach.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
Support hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives as needed.
Stay informed on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and sourcing best practices.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or staffing environment.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.

Position Details

Contract Position
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Hybrid Schedule – 3 days per week onsite at local corporate offices
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Equipment provided
