Job Summary

Detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Field Operations Specialist with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experienced in conducting property field inspections, maintaining accurate records using insurance software and mobile technology, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. Skilled at managing multiple assignments independently while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround goals. Adept at communicating report updates to management, resolving customer concerns professionally, and escalating complex issues when appropriate. Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle for daily travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.

Responsibilities

Valid driver's license, pass background/ Drug screen, willingness to travel.
Conduct field visits to inspect properties.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
Maintain accurate records using insurance software and mobile applications.
Communicate updates to management regarding report status or required documentation.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time goals.

Qualifications

Reliable Vhichle. (Example; Toyota or Honda)
