Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators with a minimum of 2 years of experience in processing automotive warranty claims and exceptional customer service skills. This remote position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Core Responsibilities

Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
Book and close claims as required by the dealer.
Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements.
Reconcile all warranty receivables and warranty schedules; collaborate with dealership accounting departments to obtain payments.
Maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
Complete relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed.
Maintain compliance with all WPC internal policies and procedures.

Professional Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience processing automotive warranty claims.
Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite, Dealertrack, Tekion, UCS, ASI, Automate, or similar.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Persistent problem solver with a positive attitude.
