About the Position
Rising Sun Child Care Center is seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Child Care Director to lead our Kimberly Campus. We are looking for an experienced early childhood professional who is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values relationships, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes high-quality early childhood education.
Job Description
As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the Kimberly Campus. This position oversees program quality, staff supervision, family engagement, licensing compliance, enrollment, the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices, and other administrative tasks.
QualificationsRequired
- Early Childhood Education Degree
- Experience working in a licensed child care or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Wisconsin Administrative Credential
- Previous leadership or management experience in an early childhood program
Full-Time Benefits (35+ Hours Per Week)
