Job Title: CDL-A Truck Driver

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour (Load pay equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time - Year Round

Location: 9485 Brighton Road, Henderson, CO 80640 (In-person)

About the Job
Looking for a better schedule with more home time? Tired of the unpredictable oilfield? RMT Companies Inc. offers consistent, year-round work running mainly daylight hours. Our drivers are home daily, with only the occasional regional overnight load. We are a small, family-oriented company with minimal turnover because we treat our drivers right. Trucks are housed at our Henderson yard, and we haul a diverse fleet of pneumatics, open grain trailers, tankers, flatbeds, and tipper chassis.

Schedules Available

Sunday – Thursday

What We Offer (Benefits)

Health & Medical: $450/month paid toward your medical premium.
Dental Care: Employer pays 80% of the Employee-Only tier for our low dental plan.

Equipment: Assigned trucks (no slip-seating) and 24/7 in-house mechanics.
Gear: Free uniforms, PPE, safety equipment, and a steel-toed boot allowance.
Pay Frequency: Paid every other Friday.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of CDL-A driving experience.
Age: 23 years or older.
Endorsements: Tanker endorsement required.
Hazmat: Must have, or be willing to obtain within 3 months (Company will pay for license/test fees).
