Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Front of the House Team Member (SERVER/CASHIER) to Join our team.
We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.
Skills necessary to be successful:
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
- Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
- Attention to detail to make sure the food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
- Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitational guidelines.
- Follow opening or closing store guidelines.
- Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts.
- Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provide support to other team members in their duties. Requires to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy.
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
Schedule:
We currently have an opening for Full-Time position in the afternoon shifts, weekends are mandatory.
