Full Job Description

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information, monitoring drug therapies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. **Duties:** - Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. - Conduct medication therapy management and provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients. - Perform utilization reviews to ensure appropriate medication use and adherence to formulary guidelines. - Manage acute pain by recommending and adjusting pain management regimens. - Provide pharmaceutical care in specialized areas such as pediatrics, ICU, and acute care settings. - Utilize aseptic techniques in compounding sterile products. - Administer medications following established protocols. **Requirements:** - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program. - Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and pharmacology. - Experience in acute pain management, patient care, and medication administration. - Familiarity with aseptic technique for sterile compounding. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment.
