Full Job Description

Our busy law firm is seeking a professional, organized and a dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

· Greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.

· Scan, copy and organize legal documents.

· Sort, distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.

· Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

· Maintain conference room calendar management.

· Prepare correspondence and perform general administrative tasks.

· Assist attorneys and staff with other office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

· Prior receptionist or administrative office experience preferred (law office experience is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment, including copiers and scanners.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
