Full Job Description

This company LOVES hiring EXPERIENCED Industrial Maintenance Technicians as well as Military Veteran Mechanics, Gas Turbine Mechanics, Machinist Mates, Electricians, Electronic Techs, Fire Control Techs and Helicopter Mechanics.

The company offers a $15,000 Lump Sum Relocation Bonus (About $9,500 after taxes are taken out, paid at the end of the first month) for anyone who lives over 90 miles away from Roswell, NM. This is the entire amount offered for relocation. IF you can do the move for less, you can keep the rest of the money for personal use. To qualify for the relocation package bonus you must sign a 3 year "stay with the company" agreement.

DETAILS: This is a $3 Billion Food Manufacturing Company. Safest place to be in a Recession!

LOCATION: Roswell, NM is a small town (population of 48,000) in the Southeast part of the State. Eastern New Mexico University and the New Mexico Military Institute have campuses in the town. Roswell is 3.5 hours SE of both Santa Fe and Albuquerque and 3.5 hours NE of El Paso.

POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECH ROLES- Multiple openings-

COMPENSATION: Pay is $33.79 to $38.01 an hour. The base hourly amount offered is SOLELY based on how a person performs in 3 one hour "hands on" tests during the final on-site interview. If hired as a Tech 1A-$33.79 an hour; a Tech 1B-$35.90 an hour and Tech 1C-$38.01 an hour

There is also a lot of overtime (about 208 hours a year) plus a monthly performance bonus and excellent benefits.

WORKING HOURS: 12 hours shifts – Starting at 6am to 6:30PM or starting at 6pm and ending a 6:30AM. In a two week period they will work a total of 7 days – one week will be a 4 day week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday), the next week they work a 3 day week (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday). ITEMS WORKED ON: Pumps, Gearboxes, Conveying systems, Packaging equipment, Pneumatic control valves, 480V Motors, 110 and 24vdc control circuits, Variable frequency Drives (VFD), PLCs (Allen Bradley).

Week Two (EASY Week): You ONLY work Wednesday night and Thursday night and get Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night off). Will this work for you and your family?
