Fractional Senior GTM // Technical Recruiter

Luxe Talent Partners | Remote | Commission-Based

Luxe Talent Partners is looking for a sharp, experienced Senior GTM // Technical Recruiter to join us on a 1099 basis and help place elite talent across high-growth technology companies.

This is built for someone who understands startup hiring across GTM or Technical roles — whether that means recruiting revenue builders who take products to market or engineers who build the products behind them.

We are looking for someone with experience recruiting for SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, healthtech, infrastructure, and venture-backed startups across roles such as Account Executives, Sales Leaders, SDR/BDR, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Software Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, Founding Engineers, Product Engineers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Full-Stack Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, Security Engineers, Solutions Engineers, QA/SDET Engineers, and Engineering Managers.

You may also assist with startup RPO marketplaces, embedded recruiting partnerships, and marketplace-style recruiting opportunities where high-growth companies need fast, flexible access to elite recruiting support.

The Opportunity

At Luxe Talent Partners, we work with emerging and established technology companies that need high-caliber GTM or Technical talent. Clients, active opportunities, and potential startup RPO marketplace opportunities will be provided to you, giving you the ability to focus on what you do best: sourcing exceptional candidates, building relationships, managing searches, and closing placements.

This is a strong fit for recruiters who want autonomy, upside, and access to quality roles without having to spend all day selling new business.

What You’ll Own

You will manage full-cycle or partial-cycle recruiting efforts depending on the search, including:

Sourcing GTM or Technical talent across SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, healthtech, and startup ecosystems

Talent mapping across priority markets, companies, and competitor landscapes
Recruiting for GTM roles such as sales, marketing, customer success, solutions, partnerships, revenue operations, and product
Recruiting for Technical roles such as software engineering, forward deployment engineering, product engineering, infrastructure, platform, DevOps, data, AI/ML, security, and engineering leadership
Assisting with startup RPO marketplace searches, embedded recruiting projects, and flexible client hiring needs
Screening and qualifying candidates for both skill set and business impact
Managing candidate relationships throughout the process
Presenting polished candidate submissions to Luxe Talent Partners
Keeping clean notes, updates, and search activity
Representing Luxe Talent Partners with professionalism, urgency, and taste

Who You Are

You have experience recruiting for high-growth technology companies
You have recruited across GTM or Technical roles
You understand startup titles, hiring urgency, technical org structures, and what strong candidates look like at different stages of company growth
You are comfortable supporting direct client searches, RPO-style engagements, and marketplace-driven recruiting opportunities
You know how to identify great talent beyond keyword matching
You write clean, compelling outreach that gets responses
You know how to manage candidates with urgency and professionalism
You are comfortable working independently in a 1099 commission-based structure
You care about quality, reputation, and long-term relationships
You move fast, but you do not cut corners

Ideal Background

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, health-tech, or venture-backed startups
Experience recruiting GTM or Technical roles
Experience with agency, search firm, RPO, embedded recruiting, startup marketplace, or boutique recruiting models preferred
Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, GitHub, startup ecosystems, technical communities, and creative outbound channels
Comfortable managing multiple searches and communicating clearly on progress

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation.

Clients, opportunities, and potential startup RPO marketplace searches will be provided.

Commissions will be paid 30 days after client payment has cleared.
