About the Role:
Sencore Tools is hiring a full-time, in-office Phone Sales Representative to sell our proprietary Shark Series diamond blades and professional construction equipment to contractors nationwide.

What You’ll Do
- Sell directly to contractors via outbound and inbound calls
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Prospect and open new accounts
- Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers
- Upsell additional equipment to maximize account value
- Consistently close deals and hit revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of outbound phone sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong objection-handling and call control skills
- Coachable and able to follow a proven sales system
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
