We got our start building websites and have expanded into a full-service advertising agency, helping our clients take advantage of the fundamental changes taking place in the marketing world – the emergence of digital technologies, expanded multiculturalism, and the transformative impact of social media.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Full Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Manager to support our Bethesda, MD or Atlanta, GA office.

What you’ll be doing:

Driving brand voice across social media platforms, specifically Twitter.
Assist bilingual social media team with translating and transcreating social media content from English to Spanish.
Assist the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy in English and Spanish.
Assist and direct the production team with developing graphics to accompany social media posts.
Develop, write, and edit social media content in Spanish.
Deliver real-time insights through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through monthly/weekly reporting.
Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.

What you’ll bring along:

Fluent in English and Spanish (Must be a native Spanish speaker)
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
3+ years’ experience in either social media management or social media community management.
Background in journalism is a plus.
Experience managing enterprise level social media accounts.
Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools.
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools.
High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere)
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $52,000-$65,000
The offered salary or hourly rate is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
