Join Our Team as a Coffee Truck Barista!

Are you passionate about coffee and love connecting with people? Mobile Unit 7, a dynamic coffee truck based in sunny San Diego, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Truck Barista to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for crafting the perfect cup of coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

About Mobile Unit 7

At Mobile Unit 7, we’re more than just a coffee truck – we’re a community on wheels. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming space for our customers wherever we go. With our mobile setup, every day is a new adventure, and we’re looking for someone who’s as excited about the journey as we are.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Coffee Truck Barista, you’ll be the face of Mobile Unit 7, delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
Engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a friendly, positive experience.
Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee truck.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Supporting the team with setup and breakdown of the truck at various locations.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a coffee-related role.
A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Strong communication skills and an upbeat, approachable attitude.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
A reliable and punctual work ethic.
