This is NOT an entry-level, lube tech, or general service position.

You MUST have:

3+ years working as an automotive technician in a professional repair shop
Hands-on diagnostic and driveability experience (you can actually find the problem, not just read codes)
Ability to work independently on a wide range of repairs without hand-holding
A professional attitude and pride in your work

✓ NO WEEKENDS—EVER (MONDAY–FRIDAY, 8:00 TO 5:00) – Your evenings and weekends are yours. Period. No “just this once.” No Saturday rotations. Your kids’ games, your projects, your life—they matter here.

✓ A BEAUTIFUL SHOP BUILT FOR PRODUCTION, NOT EXCUSES – This isn’t a dark, run-down hole with flickering lights and broken lifts. Art’s is a clean, well-lit, professional facility that you’d actually be proud to work in. 13 late-model lifts. Dedicated alignment rack. Roomy bays with up-to-date tools and equipment. This shop was designed so you can do your best work without fighting the building to get it done.

✓ NO FAVORITISM—FAIR DISPATCHING WITH STEADY CAR COUNT – Work is distributed fairly. No politics. No “prima donna” treatment. Everyone plays by the same rules and everyone stays busy.

3+ years of professional auto repair experience with solid diagnostic and repair skills
You’re comfortable diagnosing driveability and electrical issues—not just reading codes and swapping parts

You’re a car enthusiast who genuinely loves the craft—not just punching a clock

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:

Entry-level techs, lube techs, or tire changers looking for on-the-job training
Parts swappers who can’t diagnose without someone holding their hand
Job hoppers who’ve been at five shops in two years
Anyone who brings drama and excuses instead of tools and work ethic
