Little Nuggets Indoor Play Café is looking for a dependable, energetic team member who enjoys creating a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for families.
This is more than supervising a playroom. Our team helps operate the café, supports birthday parties, keeps the facility sparkling clean, and creates memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities
As a Play & Café Associate, you'll:
- Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check guests in and ensure waivers are completed.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, matcha, dirty sodas, snacks, and other café items.
- Monitor the play area to help maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with birthday party setup, support during events, and cleanup afterward.
- Wash café dishes and keep the café clean and organized.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe down toys, sanitize the play structure, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Clean between play sessions to ensure the facility is ready for the next guests.
- Complete deep-cleaning projects during slower periods, including sanitizing ball pit balls, vacuuming and mopping play mats, organizing inventory, and restocking supplies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.

- Is available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Barista or café experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfortable performing cleaning duties throughout each shift.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
