Shift/Hours- Monday-Friday (25/30hours)

Seeking Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter- serves as the primary liaison between the staffing agency and the client, working directly at the client's facility. This role ensures efficient staffing operations by managing the daily placements, support, and retention of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for client supervisors and managers.
Understand the client’s staffing needs, culture, and policies
Communicate staffing changes, updates, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Partner with internal recruiting teams to efficiently fill staffing requests and meet client needs.
Assist with new hire orientations, facility tours, and onboarding activities.
Ensure all new employees complete required documentation and onboarding processes accurately and on time.
Provide bilingual support and translation assistance throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Daily Operations

Monitor employee attendance and punctuality
Manage daily check-ins, changes, new employee orientations, and translations
Provide onsite support for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Assist with conflict resolution while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Compliance and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of employee assignments, timekeeping, and performance.
Ensure compliance with client policies and safety protocols.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and other required operational reports.
Support compliance efforts by identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.

Employee Relations

Foster a positive working environment through active listening and responsive communication.
Conduct coaching or disciplinary meetings as necessary with appropriate documentation.
Support recognition and retention initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual communication skills required (English/Spanish required).
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple client locations as needed.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or workforce coordination preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other staffing or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee and client matters.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
