District Manager – Staffing Operations

Salary Plus Bonus

Position Overview

PRT Staffing is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee and grow operations across Arizona and New Mexico, specifically in Phoenix, Mesa, and Albuquerque. This role is responsible for leading multi-branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, sales, and operations, with the ability to build teams, manage multiple locations, and drive performance across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

· Oversee daily operations for multiple branches across Phoenix, Mesa, and Albuquerque

· Ensure branches meet performance targets including sales, fill ratios, and profitability

· Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards across all locations

· Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance

Sales & Business Development

· Drive new business development and revenue growth in assigned markets

· Support and mentor teams in client acquisition, retention, and expansion

· Maintain relationships with key clients and step into close or support large opportunities

· Align sales efforts with company growth objectives

Team Leadership & Development

· Recruit, train, and develop branch managers, recruiters, and sales staff

· Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and accountability

· Build a strong team culture focused on results, collaboration, and service delivery

· Lead onboarding and training for new hires across branches

Strategic Oversight

· Develop and execute regional growth strategies

· Identify market opportunities and expand PRT Staffing’s footprint

· Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

Travel Requirement

· Regular travel required between Arizona and New Mexico locations

Qualifications / Requirements

· 3–5+ years of staffing industry experience (required)

· Proven experience managing multiple branches or territories

· Strong background in both sales and operations

· Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth

· Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations

· Ability to travel regularly between markets

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
