OEM Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and relationship-driven OEM Sales Manager to help grow our business and strengthen partnerships with key OEM customers. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner—working closely with customer teams across procurement, engineering, quality, and operations—to deliver value, solve problems, and support long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned OEM customers
Act as the key connection between STEMCO and customer technical teams to ensure needs are understood and met
Provide product knowledge and wheel-end installation training to customer teams as needed
Conduct production line audits to ensure proper installation practices and identify improvement opportunities
Gather voice-of-customer insights to support new product development and applications
Identify and drive opportunities to increase volume and expand business with existing customers
Partner with field sales teams to support fleet specification efforts at OEMs

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to CRM systems
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle or related industry
Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships
Clear and effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
