Job Description

Department: Project Management

We are hiring a client-facing Program Manager from an IT services/consulting background who brings strong program-level ownership, executive presence, and revenue accountability.

This role goes beyond project execution—you will own end-to-end program delivery, manage multiple workstreams and dependencies, drive client outcomes, and expand accounts. The ideal candidate is decisive, assertive, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders while ensuring predictable delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership & Delivery Excellence (60%)
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to client outcomes, timelines, and commercial goals
- Drive program-level prioritization, managing interdependencies, trade-offs, and resource allocation across workstreams
- Lead structured execution using Agile/Scrum, project planning, risk management, and change management practices
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into clear execution plans (MVPs, roadmaps, user stories, prioritization frameworks)
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, escalations, and delivery bottlenecks
- Ensure predictable delivery, quality standards, and KPI adherence across distributed teams
- Operate with strong decisiveness and accountability, driving outcomes without over-reliance on consensus
- Collaborate with global/offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery quality
- Act as the primary client partner, engaging with senior stakeholders and building trust through strong executive presence and communication
- Handle demanding stakeholders, escalations, and conflicts, while confidently pushing back when required
- Lead client conversations with authority, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes
- Conduct governance cadences (status reviews, QBRs, executive updates) with clear, outcome-driven communication
Account Management & Growth (40%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client business goals, needs, and challenges; act as their advocate internally.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, propose new projects or expansions, and contribute to revenue growth within accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), gather feedback, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Support business development by preparing proposals, scopes of work, and presentations for additional work or renewals.
- Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams on expansion opportunities while ensuring seamless handover and delivery.
- Monitor account health, profitability, and performance metrics; flag potential risks early.
