What You'll Own
You will have complete ownership of multiple residential and commercial construction projects from project turnover through final completion.
You'll lead projects involving:
- Insurance reconstruction
- Commercial renovations
- Residential remodels
- Multifamily CapEx programs
- Municipal improvements
- Government contracts
- Public bid work
- Structural repairs
- Occupied renovations

Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Own every assigned project from start to finish.
Create and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate all subcontractors.
Manage inspections.
Maintain production schedules.
Monitor budgets.
Track progress.
Ensure projects remain profitable.
Drive projects to completion without constant oversight.
Field Management
Lead subcontractors with professionalism and accountability.
Maintain jobsite quality.
Maintain jobsite safety.
Verify work before approving payment.
Identify issues before they become problems.
Coordinate inspections.
Conduct punch lists.
Deliver projects that exceed expectations.
Client Experience
Maintain proactive communication with clients.
Set expectations early.
Resolve problems professionally.
Protect relationships.
Represent Surefire Construction Group with professionalism at every interaction.
Documentation
Maintain complete project documentation using:
- CompanyCam
- Beam
- Google Workspace
- Xactimate
- Digital project files
Every conversation.
Every change order.
Every inspection.
Every progress update.
Every approval.
Financial Accountability
Review labor productivity.
Monitor subcontractor performance.
Protect project budgets.
Manage change orders.
Identify additional revenue opportunities.
Ensure accurate invoicing support.
Protect company profitability.

Budgets are protected.
Clients become repeat customers.
Subcontractors respect your leadership.
Problems are solved before management hears about them.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years managing construction projects
- Experience with residential and commercial construction
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of scheduling and sequencing
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong technology skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clean professional appearance
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Insurance restoration
- Xactimate
- Government projects
- Municipal construction
- Public bid work
- CapEx programs
- Multifamily renovations
- Commercial interiors
- Structural repair
- Occupied renovations
