SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator plans and executes promotions, events, inventory, and special projects for all properties. Supports all marketing positions, trains other Team Members on the execution of marketing events, promotions, and applicable software. On certain occasions, will assume Rewards Club Lead and Casino Host responsibilities when a Lead or Host is not available. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the organization's policies and procedures, tribal regulations, and all federal/state laws, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. All Team Members must embrace and deliver Kiowa's Guest Service Standards to every Guest on every shift, as outlined in Orientation, the Team Member Handbook, SOP's, and any other related training.
2. Ensure an exceptional level of service and satisfaction is achieved throughout the properties, exceeding the expectations of external and internal Guests alike in a timely and effective manner.
3. Attend weekly meetings with the advertising agency.
4. Plan and execute marketing promotions and/or events on or off property for all Kiowa Casino Properties.
5. Communicate programs to internal and external Guests as appropriate.
6. Train other marketing Team Members on the execution of promotions, events, and software.
7. Act as a Lead for the Rewards Club in the absence of a Rewards Club Lead and as a Host in the absence of a Casino Host.
8. Record, retain and destroy all Marketing materials per retention policy.
9. Prepare and disseminate all surveys for guest and team member feedback.
10. Work closely with outside Advertising Agency, Graphic Artist and Advertising and Special Events Coordinator on social media campaigns and on all printed and digital promotional collateral.
11. Coordinate all print and promotional orders with vendors.
12. Responsible for creating jobs on project management site for all collateral.
13. Responsible for placing all orders with vendors and printers.
14. Responsible for variable data testing of all casino offers across all properties.
15. Responsible for data testing all extracts prior to the building of the marketing campaign each month.
16. Responsible for proofing all sweepstakes setups as well as testing entries.
17. Create, print, stuff and mail all internal mail pieces.
18. Order and receive shipments for all promotional inventory and schedule weekly deliveries with Receiving and Facilities departments.
19. Manage all on-property video assets to include video displays, menu displays and content programming for all Kiowa Casino properties.
20. Coordinate decorations for all Marketing events as needed.
21. Arrange all marketing filing and distribution systems.
22. Coordinate the implementation of Marketing policies, procedures, and programs.
23. Handle all clerical work for the Marketing Department.
24. Receive and deliver all marketing inventory, along with coordinating scheduled inventories.
25. Distribute promotional materials throughout casino and local area.
26. Maintain an annual schedule of special events as directed by the Director of Marketing.
27. Create and disseminate information regarding all upcoming events and promotions to the team member population.
28. Disseminate information to Executive Management, Directors and Casino Hosts on all special events and promotions and update current marketing files as needed.
29. Promote positive image to public and Team Members at all times.
30. Coordinate with all of Marketing to ensure proper execution of events, procedures, etc.
31. Maintain knowledge of special events, hours of operation, and other pertinent information.
32. Must adhere to departmental, organizational, state, and federal safety rules and regulations, applicable
processes for safe operation, appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, in addition to any/all related
controls for personal welfare and the safety of others.
33. Perform additional duties or projects, as assigned.

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.

Work Environment

Work in, or visit offices, casino operations, assigned outlet, hotel, kitchen, meeting space, convention center, gaming floor, motor vehicle, various amenities, and/or additional entity locations, or external environments, as related to business. Environment includes exposure to second-hand smoke, high noise level, bright lights, and sometimes fluctuating temperatures or weather conditions. Must be able to work irregular or additional hours or shifts, including holidays or weekends, as assigned, in order to meet business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in Marketing and 1 years' previous experience in a lead or hospitality position preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the regulations governing gaming operations preferred.
