Job Title: Syteline Developer
Location: Remote/On-site (flexibility based on candidate preference)
Industry: Manufacturing

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Syteline Developer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This position will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our Infor Syteline ERP system, tailoring solutions to meet our specific manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Syteline, paired with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, to ensure smooth ERP performance and impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Customization and Development: Develop and customize functionalities within Infor Syteline to support the company’s evolving business requirements.
Integration: Work on integrating Syteline with other third-party applications, including manufacturing execution systems, financial applications, and other tools.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and translate these into technical specifications.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to resolve issues, ensure system stability, and conduct root cause analysis for any system-related problems.
Upgrades and Testing: Assist in Syteline upgrades, patches, and new releases. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system reliability.
User Training: Create documentation and deliver training sessions to help end-users utilize Syteline’s functionalities effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience with Infor Syteline (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and IDO development.
- Experience with forms customization, reports, and data integrations within Syteline.
- Knowledge of related tools such as SSRS and Crystal Reports is a plus.
Manufacturing Expertise: Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and supply chain is highly desired.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide optimal solutions.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with version 9 or higher of Syteline.
Exposure to Agile project management methodologies.
Manufacturing industry certifications or experience in lean manufacturing.
