Full Job Description

Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our partner, have IMMEDIATE needs for CNC Machinists to work in the Milwaukee area.

Can you operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes AND do all the QC checks to produce precision machined metal parts in an automated CNC Machine shop environment? Than this role is for you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire parts to be machined (forklift/pallet jack)
Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements.
Machine parts to required specifications - tight tolerance work. Track quality (SPC)
Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications and make adjustments based upon quality data.
Move parts to designated areas.
Replace worn tooling as needed.
Remove and return tooling when job is complete.
Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.
Work within OSHA and ISO standards
Follow established safety procedures
Perform daily preventative maintenance and machine cleaning duties.
Perform daily housekeeping duties for the building

JOB REQUIREMENTS

HS diploma or equivalent is preferred
2+ years of related experience is required
Shifts Available:
- 1st: 6am-4pm (Monday thru Thursday)
- 2nd: 350pm-305am (Mon, Tues, Wed) and 350-1005pm (Thurs)
o Weekend Shifts
- Day: 6am-6pm (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Night: 6pm-6am (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Pay Rate: $20/hr +, depending on experience
