Skywalk Group | Remote (Onsite Training Available in the Corridor Area)

We are actively seeking a Contract Recruiter with experience in the following disciplines: engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing and IT. This role is primarily remote, with hands-on training onsite for those located in the Corridor area to set you up for long-term success.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands that recruiting strategies must pivot as markets, clients, and talent demands change.

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers and internal team members to understand evolving hiring needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of skill sets and experience levels
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
Adapt recruiting strategies quickly based on client feedback, hiring urgency, and changing business priorities
Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process with transparency and care
Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within ATS and internal systems
Collaborate with teammates to share market insights, candidate intelligence, and best practices

You can pivot quickly when a role changes, a client shifts focus, or priorities evolve
You balance urgency with quality, even when hiring needs change mid-search
Candidates feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process
Clients trust your judgment, communication, and adaptability

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of recruiting experience, with engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing and IT recruiting experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions
Excellent communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)

Location & Work Model

Remote-first role
Onsite training available and encouraged for candidates located in the Corridor area (to support ramp-up, collaboration, and connection)
Ongoing remote flexibility after training period
