Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our growing pest control team. In this role, you will go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our professional pest control services, and working along side provided leads. Your goal is to educate potential customers about common pest problems and offer solutions that help protect their homes.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvas assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to generate new pest control customers
- Educate homeowners about pest problems such as ants, roaches, spiders, termites, and rodents
- Present and explain our pest control treatment plans and services
- Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
- Generate leads and close sales in the field
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company
Qualifications:
- Previous pest control experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and competitive attitude
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Reliable transportation preferred
