In this key role, you will help lead and develop a multi-site engineering team of approximately 15 senior engineers and managers across three facilities, whilst working closely with the owners of the business. You will spearhead team growth and structural development, with a primary focus on strengthening the organization rather than delivering specific projects. The role includes up to 25% travel with occasional overnight stays and offers clear progression to C-suite level.

The Role:
