Duties
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategic plan aligned with market trends, leveraging expertise in product strategy, data-driven decision making, and IT governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams managing software development projects utilizing Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Oversee product development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis skills, wireframing with tools like Balsamiq, UML modeling, and user acceptance testing to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud services like AWS, databases, APIs, and mobile applications to support scalable solutions.
- Drive stakeholder management by engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster B2B sales opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Implement project management practices using tools such as Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software for agile planning and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards while promoting innovative system development practices that incorporate SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS platforms, Looker analytics tools, and system development product management to enhance business capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a strong background in software development, product management, or IT infrastructure management.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile software development frameworks such as SAFe and Agile planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum; familiarity with TFS, Jira, VersionOne is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages like Java; experience with HTML, SQL, APIs; understanding of UML modeling; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for strategic presentations and data analysis.
- Strong analysis skills for requirements design and requirements gathering; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on leadership, communication skills, and strategic management capabilities.
- Familiarity with IT governance standards to ensure compliance across all technology initiatives.
- Ability to lead technical product cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $62,429.43 - $75,183.84 per year
