Pettito is currently seeking Remote Appointment Setters!

Join our dynamic Online Customer Service Team - where your drive equals your earnings!

At our thriving pet retail stores, we offer an exciting opportunity for professional development, career growth, and a substantial income. We provide a competitive hourly wage plus an uncapped and lucrative commission structure, ensuring your earnings truly reflect your performance.

*All Remote Appointment Setters are Remote employees that will require their own computer*

What you’ll do…

Utilize Hot Leads to call and/or text potential customers
Build trust and rapport with customers
Create value and urgency
Answer questions including breed specific information
Schedule in-person appointments with retail locations
Hit and surpass all call and appointment goals
Review pricing and financing options

What we’re looking for…

Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, have knowledge of dog breeds and their attributes, and have strong communication skills both verbal and written. We are looking for go-getter personalities that are self-motivated as your wage is directly correlated with your drive and work ethic!

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Availability on weekends (required)
Access to a computer, this role cannot be completed on a smartphone only (required)
Customer service experience (required)
Lead generation experience (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Scheduling coordination
