You know that feeling when you're the only one at your office who actually cares about clinical quality — and it's exhausting? What if you worked somewhere where the whole team felt that way?

Ideal Image Dentistry isn't just a great practice, it has a great hygiene team. These are hygienists who take Perio seriously, support each other, produce at a high level, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. We're not looking for someone to save a broken department. We're looking for someone who belongs on this team.

This is a two-doctor, privately owned practice in North Dakota. No corporate overlords. No 40-minute prophys. No being the only person who cares. Just one-hour appointments, state-of-the-art technology, and a team that matches your standards.

HERE'S WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU WALK INTO OUR PRACTICE

You're surrounded by hygienists who are as good as you are, you won't be carrying the department on your back
One hour per patient. sixty full minutes to chart, educate, treat, and actually connect with the person in your chair
Monday through Thursday. No Fridays, no weekends, no guilt-trip texts about picking up shifts at the other location
Laser therapy and Perio Protect are standard here, not experimental add-ons. If you're laser-certified, you'll use it. If not, your teammates will help you get there
A brand-new, purpose-built office is coming.The practice is investing in a state-of-the-art facility that reflects the quality of care this team already delivers
Two doctors who respect the hygiene department. Dr. Brady and Dr. Schmidt treat their hygienists as clinical partners, not production units

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF

You're a licensed Dental Hygienist who's burned out on corporate but not burned out on hygiene. You still love the work, you just need a better environment
You have strong perio skills and you enjoy the diagnostic, educational side of patient care, not just the cleaning
You're laser-certified or genuinely interested in becoming certified. The team uses advanced technology daily and you'll be expected to grow into it
You want to be part of a team, not just a name on a schedule. This group has real chemistry, and you can feel it
You're done settling for 'fine' and you're ready for a practice that actually lives up to the job ad

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Full-scope hygiene care with the time to do it right. Prophys, perio maintenance, SRP, screenings, fluoride, sealants
Perio-forward patient care using laser-assisted therapy and Perio Protect alongside a team that's already skilled in these protocols
Collaborating with your hygiene colleagues on case strategies, patient follow-up, and maintaining team standards
Working with Dr. Brady and Dr. Schmidt on treatment plans and seamless patient handoffs
Morning huddles, team wins, and a culture where people actually want to be in the building
