About St. Albert Family Clinic
St. Albert Family Clinic (and Espoir Recovery Healing Services) is a multidisciplinary practice composed of one physician and three nurse practitioners (NPs). We provide mental health services, primary care, and substance use treatment, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Outpatient Programs (OP) . Our mission is to deliver compassionate, accessible care to our community while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee operations across our two clinic locations (One office in Smyrna and another office in Wilmington). The Office Manager will play a critical role in promoting access to services, ensuring excellent customer care, and supporting the clinical team.
Schedule
- Workdays: Monday–Friday
- Holidays: Off
- Locations: Smyrna and Wilmington
Key Responsibilities
- Access & Customer Care: Promote access to behavioral health and primary care services while ensuring a positive client experience
- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, payroll, and performance oversight
- Fiscal Oversight: Handle billing, coding, and basic fiscal responsibilities to support clinic operations
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and clinic policies
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinicians
- Data Management: Organize, interpret, and report data to support decision-making and program evaluation
- Operational Leadership: Prioritize daily tasks and projects, manage assignments as needed, and serve as an integral member of the management team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a health care or behavioral health care setting
- Familiarity with billing and coding in medical/behavioral health services
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of compliance standards in health care
- Ability to manage fiscal responsibilities, scheduling, and payroll
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
