Your Role
Support our operations by entering orders, processing payments, and ensuring files are complete and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer sales orders including verification of address and pricing
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare and review invoices
- Process and apply payments received from customers
- E-mail receivable statements to customers
- Prepare credit notes for customers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Enter vendor invoices and process payments
- Research, track, and resolve invoicing problems
- Cross check colleagues work
About You
The ideal candidate will be
- Organized and detail oriented
- Team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years office experience a plus!
- Any accounting software, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and/or associates degree a plus!
