What you'll do
- Be the warm, confident first impression: greet every patient by name and make them feel expected and welcome
- Answer phones and turn nervous callers into scheduled patients
- Manage the schedule so the day flows smoothly for patients and the clinical team
- Handle check-in, checkout, and payment arrangements with clarity and kindness
- Coordinate with assistants, hygienists, and doctors to keep patients moving without ever feeling rushed
- Anticipate, personalize, and surprise. Find the small touches that make a visit memorable
