Travel Agent (Brooklyn, NY)
Travgroup, a Brooklyn-based travel agency in the Frosch and Signature Travel Network, is hiring a full-time, in-office Travel Agent.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end client bookings — flights, hotels, cruises, tours
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing personalized travel planning
- Use Sabre and supporting tools daily to ticket, manage PNRs, and resolve schedule changes
What we need:
- Sabre experience required — minimum 1 year hands-on
- Fluent, clear English communication (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail — this role touches client money and travel docs
- Reliable and dependable — consistent attendance and follow-through matter here
- Adaptable and genuinely open to learning new systems and processes
- Able to commute to our Brooklyn office daily
Nice to have:
- Prior travel agency experience
- Familiarity with NDC bookings or GDS tools beyond Sabre
Compensation competitive, based on experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
