Full Job Description

Moving into a new home is an exciting and memorable experience. Our Punch Technicians make dreams come true by focusing on every detail of preparing vacant units for new residents before they move in. Removing trash from vacant units and repairing items in all units as needed is part of your duties. Additional responsibilities include using your keen eye for items that need replacement, as well as problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs to a minimum. If you are a people person who enjoys customer service and takes pride in every aspect of your work, then this position is perfect for you. As a part of our service team, you will be satisfied with making each unit perfect. TriBridge Residential is seeking to hire a Punch Technician for The Mark at Wildwood property, located in Oxford, FL.

Responsibilities and Duties

Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns
Help with scheduling and completion of make-ready units
Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
Adhere to Tribridge Standard Operating Procedures
Assist with a preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe practices
Maintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationships
Participate in company training classes and meetings as required
Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
Other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

Education

No specific level of education is required
Ability to read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions

Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret all forms of information

Well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
Must be team-oriented but able to work independently on occasion

Basic skills in plumbing, sheetrock, and general carpentry
Basic knowledge of major appliances, including HVAC
Pool care and pest control if required by the community
Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical work when no license is required
