Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Greet and assist visitors to the virtual office
Provide information to callers and respond to inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain and update company contact lists and databases
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow
Uphold company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience with virtual receptionist software or phone systems is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, remote position based in Chicago, IL. The Virtual Receptionist will work from their own home office and must have a reliable high-speed internet connection. Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or events.
