Role Purpose
Assists in coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in distribution of raw materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies within the warehouse.
Scope & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions.
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Ensures that all inventory is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Completes appropriate transactions to ensure optimal inventory counts
- Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Resolves routine equipment issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work Experience & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience: Must have 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Prior experience in injection molding is a plus.
Skills / Knowledge: This position requires you to have basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Power Point).; This position requires a combination of on-the-job training in conjunction with ISO-related training. ERP-AS/400 Training, HR People Management Training, Shipping and Receiving Training, Department Level Work Instructions

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work environment (office, manufacturing floor): Office and operational environment as applicable. The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
Physical or operational requirements: Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and / or lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. If the use of arm and / or leg controls requires exertion of force greater than sedentary work and worker sits most of the time, the job is light work. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and or operation or machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distance close to the eyes.
