We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic to join our team. We love people who are curious about our categories — glass, vape, hookah, CBD, and more — and you don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll teach you the products. What we can’t teach is showing up on time, treating customers well, and bringing good energy to the floor. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
About Urban Glass
Urban Glass is a growing, locally owned smoke shop with 5 locations across the Cincinnati area. We move fast, take care of our people, and invest in training so you can grow with us.
What You Will Do
- Greet every customer and make them feel welcome
- Learn our products and help people find the right fit
- Ring up sales accurately and handle cash and cards
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock displays and help with inventory
- Check IDs and follow the rules on age-restricted products
- Work with the team to hit sales goals
Must-haves
- Dependable and punctual — you show up and you’re on time
- Friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to
- 21 or older
- Retail or customer service experience
- Available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with basic math and handling cash/card transactions
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel to work at multiple store locations

- Smoke shop, vape, or dispensary experience
