Overview
Valere Solutions LLC is seeking independent residential cleaning contractors to provide professional home cleaning services for our residential clients.
This opportunity is designed for individuals operating as independent business owners, not employees. Contractors maintain control over how services are performed, carry their own insurance, and accept work based on availability.
Important Classification Notice
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity ONLY.
Applicants must:
- Be legally classified as self-employed or operating under a business entity
- Be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
- Provide required documentation prior to onboarding
Applicants seeking W-2 employment should not apply.
Scope of Work
Contractors may perform residential cleaning services including:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces and appliances
- Laundry services (washing, drying, folding) when included in the job scope
- Maintaining professional standards that meet client expectations
- Communicating professionally regarding job completion or concerns
Specific scopes are provided per assignment and may vary by client.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Choose your own availability
- Accept or decline assignments at your discretion
- No guaranteed minimum hours, maximum 30 hours a week
- Work independently
- Jobs are scheduled based on client demand
Compensation
- Paid per job or per contracted rate
- Rates disclosed prior to acceptance
- No hourly wages
- Contractors invoice for completed work per contract terms
- 1099-NEC issued annually
Contractor Responsibilities
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for:
- Supplying your own cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintaining active General Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation to assigned properties
- Meeting agreed-upon quality standards
- Correcting deficiencies if noted per contract terms
- Managing your own business operations
Requirements (Required to Apply)
- Prior experience in residential cleaning
- Registered as self-employed or a business entity (Kansas)
- Active General Liability Insurance (proof required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Car insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to pass background screening if required by client
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Contract
Base Pay: $150.00 - $350.00 per day
