Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative (B2B)

Company: Clean Vertex Services LLCLocation: Northern Virginia & Washington, DCCompensation: Base + Commission (Performance-Based)

About Clean Vertex Services

Clean Vertex Services is a growing commercial janitorial company specializing in professional cleaning solutions for offices, medical facilities, commercial buildings, property management companies, retail stores, and post-construction projects. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing recurring commercial contracts.

Position Summary

We are seeking a self-driven Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, schedule appointments, perform prospecting, and close recurring commercial cleaning contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who wants unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

Prospect new commercial clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and door-to-door visits.
Generate qualified leads daily.
Schedule walkthrough appointments with decision-makers.
Build relationships with office managers, property managers, medical facilities, retail businesses, schools, warehouses, and commercial property owners.
Present Clean Vertex Services professionally.
Follow up consistently until the opportunity is closed.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Meet daily and weekly sales activity goals.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Daily Expectations

Minimum 50 outbound calls per day.
Schedule 2-5 qualified walkthrough appointments each week.
Generate new leads every day.
Attend a daily sales meeting with management to review:
New leads generated
Calls completed
Appointments scheduled
Proposal status
Closed contracts
Sales pipeline
Provide a daily activity report before the end of each workday.

Qualifications

Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
Commercial cleaning or facility services sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently while remaining accountable.

Compensation

Option A

$1,500/month base salary
10% commission on the first month’s contract value after the client’s first invoice is paid.

Option B

$1,500/month base salary
5% commission on the first month’s contract value.
2% recurring commission on monthly contract revenue for up to 12 months, provided the client remains active.
