Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping clients protect what matters most. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise and industry knowledge to assess client needs, develop tailored insurance solutions, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your energetic approach will drive customer engagement, foster trust, and promote long-term relationships. Duties

Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals based on individual financial situations
Analyze clients’ financial data to identify risks and opportunities for optimal coverage solutions
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy details, and compliance documentation
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates in financial regulations such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure accurate policy issuance and adherence to financial standards
Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to adjust coverage as needed for evolving financial circumstances

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in finance, accounting, or related fields with a focus on financial model development
Familiarity with financial software tools used for analysis and reporting
Strong analysis skills to interpret complex financial data accurately
Demonstrated understanding of financial compliance standards within the insurance sector
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical information clearly and transparently
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Fluent in Spanish is not required but is preferred
Must obtain a CA Life Insurance License
