We’re looking for friendly, high-energy hospitality pros to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working the floor. Connecting with guests, moving with intention, and keeping the vibe high is a must in this fast-paced setting. You’ll be part of creating memorable experiences from the first greeting to the last pour. Experience with toast POS systems and restaurant standards is a plus, but a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for people are invaluable. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using toast POS
- Share menu favorites, specials and add-ons in a natuarl and helpful way
- Serve food and beverages with care and efficiency. Keep an eye on tables
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests’ satisfaction throughout their visit. Check in often yet thoughtfully
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations (bussing)
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent guest relations and customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable and toast is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and courtesy
- Guest services experience including host roles are advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
