We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape talent strategies, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth through innovative HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a respectful work environment.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans such as Paychex, Workday, or ADP systems.
- Lead performance management processes by facilitating employee evaluations, training & development programs, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA, and affirmative action planning.
- Administer HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring, culture shifts, or policy updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS or Lever; ATS experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment law including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training sessions, and conflict management.
- Experience working with HR systems like Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or Taleo for payroll and workforce management.

Pay: $66,152.14 - $79,667.09 per year
