Our clients are loyal, results driven, and return consistently because of the standard we maintain. We are growing and looking for the right person to grow with us.

You are 2 to 5 years into your career and feel like you are not being challenged where you are now. We do not expect you to arrive fully trained. We identify the right person and invest in them completely.

By the time you complete this progression you will be among the most skilled medical estheticians in the city.

Your Responsibilities

Perform esthetic services within your scope of licensure. Conduct consultations and thorough skin assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans and provide detailed post treatment education. Maintain accurate client documentation. Uphold Georgetown Allure clinical protocols and represent the practice professionally in person and on social media.

What We Are Looking For

Active DC esthetician license required. Master license is a strong plus. Two to five years of hands on experience. Professional, reliable, coachable, and genuinely passionate about advanced aesthetics.

An active social media presence is required. Applications without a handle will not be reviewed.
