Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Clean Earth Restorations is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Water Mitigation Manager to lead and help build our Emergency Services Division in the Cincinnati market.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who is willing to work alongside the team in the field while helping us build a first-class mitigation department. During the early stages, you will be expected to perform field work, train technicians, establish procedures, develop systems, and help recruit and mentor future team members.

As the department continues to grow, your role will evolve into leading a larger team while focusing more on operations, leadership, and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all water mitigation projects from emergency response through project completion.
Perform hands-on mitigation work when needed.
Train, mentor, and develop mitigation technicians.
Help build and grow the mitigation department.
Create and improve department procedures and workflow.
Ensure all jobs comply with IICRC standards and company quality expectations.
Perform moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and drying documentation.
Schedule crews and manage daily operations.
Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, insurance companies, and project managers.
Monitor job profitability, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain mitigation equipment and inventory.
Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of water mitigation/restoration experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
IICRC WRT Certification required.
ASD, AMRT, or additional IICRC certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of:
Structural drying
Water damage restoration
Mold remediation
Moisture mapping
Xactimate and XactAnalysis (preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
